Now Hiring Dispatchers in San Diego Please note this is NOT an entry level position, please do not apply if you do not have the needed experience listed below. City Wide Protection Services is seeking a dedicated, full-time Dispatcher for our Security Operations Center. As a key communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls, you will be the hub of our operations. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, remain calm and composed under pressure, and be able to multitask with minimal supervision.

Pay:

$20-$22/hr , with a potential increase after a successful 90-day probation.

Your Responsibilities:

Receive and document all emergency and non-emergency calls. Address requests and problems by transmitting information and providing solutions. Prioritize calls based on urgency and importance. Use radio, phone, and computer systems to disseminate information to the appropriate parties. Maintain accurate logs and records of all calls and activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience as a dispatcher or in a relevant role (call center, data center) is required . Fast and accurate typing skills with experience in data entry. Proficient in English (oral and written). Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities. An active listener with excellent communication skills. Sound judgment and strong critical thinking. Ability to use a multi-line phone system and multiple monitors simultaneously.

Grave Shift:

Starting at 10:00 PM Open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Needed Experience:

3 years of Dispatch experience or 5 years of Customer Service in a call center. How to
