$70,000•$90,000 annually (based on experience)

Schedule:

Night Shift:

5:00 PM•5:00 AM (includes 1-hour lunch break)

Rotating Schedule:

5 days on / 2 days off, then 5 days on / 3 days off We are seeking a highly experienced and dependable Dispatcher to join our team. This role is critical in coordinating daily operations, ensuring efficient communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams, and maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong decision-making skills, and has prior dispatching experience in transportation or logistics.

Job Requirements:

Valid Class A Commercial Driver License 3-5 years experience in Transportation industry Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations Knowledge of Electronic Logging Device (ELD) rules and regulations Bilingual in English/Spanish, preferred, but not required
