Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation logistics, managing schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of services. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze data effectively to optimize operations. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule transportation routes for drivers to ensure efficient delivery. Utilize GPS systems to track shipments and monitor vehicle locations. Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders via phone systems. Analyze transportation data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including data entry of logs and schedules. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during dispatch operations. Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette when interacting with clients. Skills Bilingual in Mandarin and English Proven experience in dispatching, transportation planning, or transportation management. Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions. Excellent phone etiquette for clear communication with drivers and clients. Knowledge of logistics principles and practices. Ability to perform accurate data entry with attention to detail.
