Job Description
A client in the oil and gas industry is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join their Greeley-area team. This is a fast-paced position that requires someone who can effectively coordinate drivers, schedules, and daily operations while maintaining clear and consistent communication with both drivers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have previous oil and gas and logistics experience, a strong understanding of DOT requirements and regulations, knowledge of Weld County, and familiarity with CDL requirements and regulations. The successful candidate will be organized, dependable, responsive, and able to remain calm and focused while managing multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment. This is a full-time, on-site, temp to hire opportunity, paying between $26-28 an hour. This position is very involved and has a rotating schedule (typically 5am-5pm) and will average around 60 hours per week. Specific days and hours for this position are TBD.
