• Denver's leader in Corporate and Special Occasion Transportation is seeking a detail oriented Dispatch/ Reservations Specialist to be part of our fun and fast paced work environment.

Founded in 1989, Sunset Luxury Limousine is the largest and fastest growing transportation company in Denver. With over 60 vehicles including 35 buses, we are looking for team members with the ability to handle high volume of calls, navigate a computer and have some flexibility to work other shifts as needed. Experience in hospitality front office, transportation or dispatch is preferred but not required. We will train the right person!

Position Summary:

Supports the Operations Department by effectively working a scheduled shift; , identifying, responding to and resolving operational challenges as they arise. Can work along-side other team members to schedule and confirm drivers for scheduled charters. Quote prices and book reservations with an attention to detail. Help clients determine transportation needs for weddings, school events and special occasions. Serves customers by responding to any requests, concerns or questions. An integral part of the operations team, working to collaboratively provide the safest, most convenient passenger transportation services in a friendly, professional manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential duties and responsibilities are as follows; other duties may be assigned. Welcomes drivers reporting for and returning from scheduled trips. Ensures drivers have all required information to successfully complete their trip. Excellent communications skills for in person meetings and phone reservations Ability to navigate a computer for email communications and booking reservations Answers phones, responds to email and text message communications during scheduled shift in a timely, professional manner. Quote prices and book reservations Communicates with company personnel about challenges faced during scheduled shift and resolutions, as appropriate. Makes process improvement recommendations to
