Compensation:
$60,000-$80,000/year, based on experience + Uncapped Bonus and Commission 401k + 50% match up to 6% Health and Dental Insurance Benefits Flexible Paid Time Off Short-Term and Long-Term Disability 50k in Life Insurance Car Allowance SPIFF Incentives A Day in the Life of the Branch Manager As Branch Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day branch operations while driving regional sales strategy and revenue growth. You'll recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensure top-tier customer service, and keep your branch facilities running smoothly and safely. Working closely with senior leadership, IT, and operations teams, you'll help align your branch's goals with the company's broader mission, making sure both people and infrastructure are set up for success.
Responsibilities include:
Leading and managing branch operations across your assigned territory Developing and executing regional sales strategies to hit revenue and profitability goals Recruiting, training, and mentoring sales staff Building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities Partnering with senior leadership to align branch goals with company objectives Overseeing daily facility operations to ensure they're safe, functional, and up to company standards Managing vendor relationships for cleaning, maintenance, security, and utilities Coordinating office space planning, layout, and equipment placement for operational efficiency Managing facility budgets, including repairs, upgrades, and service contracts Responding quickly to facility issues and emergencies to minimize business disruption Collaborating with IT and operations teams to ensure infrastructure supports technology needs
Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred 3+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment About the
