Mitchell Co., Inc. is looking for a full time Service Dispatcher. Candidates must be highly safety conscious, enthusiastic, detail oriented and well organized in order to ensure the highest level of safety and performance, while meeting and exceeding the expectations of our customers.
Job Summary:
The HVAC Service Dispatcher shall be responsible for performing job planning, scheduling HVAC technicians, tracking the progress of jobs, follow-up with customers with open work orders, invoicing and customer service.
The coordinator shall:
Maintain outstanding customer service at all times Ensure the consistency and quality of each task performed Assign jobs based on license and skill level of technicians as well as the geographical location of technicians and job sites Follow-up with customers regarding completed, incomplete and pending work orders Clearly communicate details of the service call to each customer and technician Neatly and completely fill out service paperwork Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience:
High school graduate or equivalent At least two years of operational or job planning experience in the trades
Qualifications:
Able to handle multiple projects at the same time Able to work in a fast paced environment Highly organized Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision Work in accordance with established safety procedures and company policies Available to work weekends as needed

$22.00 per hour
