Job Summary:

National tire recycler has an immediate opening. We are seeking an experienced bilingual transportation professional who is ready for a hands-on role overseeing daily dispatch and transportation operations, supporting and directing drivers, solving routing and service issues, and helping keep the operation running safely and efficiently.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8am-430pm with some flexibility

Requirements:

Coordinate daily routes, dispatching and driver assignments Communicate with drivers throughout the day and help resolve service and routing issues Adjust routes and schedules when call-outs, delays or other operational issues occur Monitor driver performance, attendance and service levels Provide coaching and direction to drivers Help maintain compliance with company safety policies and DOT requirements Assist with reporting, documentation and follow-up Develop toward increased responsibility for the overall transportation operation Fluent in Spanish and English communication skills required Experience in transportation, dispatching, routing, logistics Knowledge of local and regional geography Strong organization and problem solving skills Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with drivers Knowledge of DOT regulations a plus Experience with Samsara a plus
