Brasure's Carpet Care, Inc. is seeking a dependable, organized, and personable Dispatcher/Office Manager to run our In-Home Residential & Commercial carpet, upholstery, tile & grout and LVP cleaning department. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with our carpet cleaning technicians, new & repeat customers, homeowners, business owners, real estate agents, and etc. while monitoring all jobs assigned for the day.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones, assist callers, and direct calls and inquiries appropriately. Create, assign, track, and follow up on work orders. Gather detailed information on each property's individual needs, owner expectations, and in-home cleaning procedures. Build and maintain professional relationships with homeowners & customers Coordinate property access, scheduling, and payments due day of cleaning Communicate with carpet cleaning technicians throughout day

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to multi-task when necessary Professional and confident communication with homeowners & customers Experience using computers, email, phone systems, and scheduling program Ability to work independently in office while also functioning as part a team Previous Office Managerial & Sales experience is preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits:
