Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher for our Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) team. The Dispatcher will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient transportation operations by coordinating deliveries, managing logistics, and maintaining communication with drivers. This position requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in multi-tasking in a fast paced environment to optimize delivery routes and schedules. Responsibilities Coordinate daily delivery operations, ensuring timely dispatch of vehicles and drivers. Utilize technology platforms to monitor routes and provide real-time coaching to drivers. Manage transportation planning and logistics to maximize efficiency in delivery schedules. Analyze data related to delivery performance for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate documentations of daily communications Communicate effectively with drivers via phone systems, ensuring clear instructions and support. Communicate effectively in daily team meetings with employees Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all dispatch operations. Assist with reporting, performance tracking, and administrative tasks related to dispatch. Communicate with drivers to provide guidance, updates, and issue resolution. Qualifications Proven experience in dispatching or logistics, preferably within a management environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on coaching etiquette and processes. Proficient technology skills for efficient data entry tasks. Ability to analyze logistical data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
