Role Description The Dispatcher is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, FL. This position is responsible for coordinating daily transportation operations, including assigning chauffeurs, scheduling trips, and optimizing vehicle usage to ensure timely, safe, and efficient service. The Dispatcher monitors real-time trip progress, updates routes as needed, and communicates clearly with chauffeurs, clients, and internal teams using dispatch and reservation systems. Day-to-day tasks include managing incoming calls and reservations, confirming bookings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and addressing service issues promptly and professionally. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, following company procedures, and supporting 24/7 operational reliability as part of a coordinated dispatch team. Qualifications Experience with dispatch operations, including trip scheduling, route coordination, and resource allocation within a transportation or logistics environment.
