Team members contribute directly to providing best-in-class emergency roadside assistance for local and national fleets. Role Description The Dispatcher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hollywood, FL. This role is responsible for receiving and prioritizing incoming service calls, gathering essential information from customers, and coordinating appropriate roadside assistance providers. The Dispatcher monitors service progress, communicates status updates to drivers and motor carriers, and ensures timely resolution of emergencies. Daily activities include working with internal systems to log calls, track service requests, and maintain accurate records, while collaborating closely with service partners and team members. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, de-escalating urgent situations, and maintaining professional, clear communication in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills, including clear phone etiquette and the ability to manage urgent situations calmly. Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple calls and coordinate resources efficiently. Basic technical skills, including proficiency with dispatch or CRM software, data entry, and general computer applications. Problem-solving and decision-making skills to assess situations quickly and select appropriate service responses. Experience in transportation, logistics, or roadside assistance dispatch is preferred. Ability to work on-site in Hollywood, FL, including availability for evenings, weekends, or shift work as operationally required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or dispatch operations is a plus. Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to commercial vehicle customers.
