As part of this growth, we are looking for a full-time Flight Operations
- Dispatch Coordinator to join our operational team and support the safe, structured and efficient delivery of our daily flight and simulator training program.
The Dispatch function plays an important role in our operation, coordinating across students, instructors, aircraft, simulators, Flight Operations and Technical Operations to keep daily training production running effectively. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience from Part 121, Part 135, airline or charter operations, dispatch, OCC, scheduling, technical operations or professional flight training who would like to apply their operational experience within an international and growing training organization. At OSM Aviation Academy, we operate our training environment around many of the same principles found in professional airline operations: standardization, operational discipline, safety, structured communication, performance monitoring and continuous improvement. About OSM Aviation Academy OSM Aviation Academy is an international professional pilot training organization operating across Europe and the United States . We train several hundred pilots annually through structured ab-initio, advanced and airline-oriented training programs and operate a growing fleet of modern aircraft and simulators. Our training platform extends beyond traditional flight training into Multi-Pilot and airline training, including programs utilizing Boeing 737, 777 and 787 training platforms. We operate our academies using many of the same principles found in professional airline operations: standardization, operational control, safety, performance monitoring, structured communication and continuous improvement. The Academy is currently executing a significant investment and growth program across the United States, including: Introduction of 20+ new training aircraft at our Fort Lauderdale operation Fleet standardization around modern Tecnam and Diamond platforms Expansion of simulator capacity with our own on-site Sim Centre. Continued development of our Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport operation Development of our new training base in Northwest Arkansas Our objective is to build a highly scalable U.S. training organization based on operational excellence, predictable aircraft availability and airline-level professionalism . The Role The Dispatch function is at the center of our daily operation. Every day, aircraft, instructors, students, simulators, maintenance requirements, weather and operational disruptions must come together into one executable production plan. As Flight Operations
- Dispatch Coordinator , you will help make that happen.
You will work directly across Flight Operations, Training, Technical Operations and local management , helping turn the planned schedule into safe and efficient daily flight production. For candidates with previous airline, charter or professional aviation experience, the position provides an opportunity to apply that operational knowledge across a broader training environment and contribute to the continued development of our U.S. operation. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch daily aircraft and simulator training operations. Maintain the operational picture across aircraft, instructors, students, simulators and training activities. Monitor aircraft availability and technical status and coordinate closely with Technical Operations . Manage operational changes and support effective recovery from weather, maintenance, instructor availability and other disruptions. Coordinate aircraft and instructor utilization to support efficient daily training production. Maintain clear communication between Dispatch, Flight Operations, Training and Technical Operations. Lead, support and mentor members of the Dispatch team. Monitor operational performance and provide feedback on delays, cancellations, aircraft utilization and training-production constraints. Support daily operational reporting and management information. Identify recurring operational issues and contribute to process improvements. Support the continued development of standardized dispatch and operational procedures as the U.S. organization grows. Maintain a professional and service-oriented operational environment for students, instructors and airline partners. Who We Are Looking For We are particularly interested in candidates with experience from: Part 121 or Part 135 operations, airline OCC/operations control, aircraft dispatch, crew or aircraft scheduling, charter operations, technical operations, flight-school operations or similar aviation environments.

Strong communication and coordination skills. The ability to remain organized and solution-oriented when the operational plan changes. High standards of accuracy, accountability and professionalism. Confidence working across Flight Operations and Technical Operations. Experience with scheduling, operational or aviation management systems. A genuine interest in operational performance and continuous improvement. Availability for full-time work within our operational schedule, including rotating weekend and holiday coverage.
