- Communicate with various trucking companies to arrange and oversee truck transfer operations between the ATA and ASCAN stages.
- Maintain and update the truck scheduling spreadsheet, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Monitor and ensure the punctuality, arrival rate, and load efficiency of truck departures.
- Optimize trucking scheduling costs while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in truck dispatch and transfer operations.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors. Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
- Proven experience in dispatching or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions quickly.
- Familiarity with GIS systems and GPS technology is a plus.
- Knowledge of transportation planning principles and fleet management practices.
- Proficient in using software for logistics management and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
