Dispatch Coordinator I Daily Responsibilities:

Track and monitor routes, ensuring delivery arrival within allotted timeframe Be communication center between customers, delivery contractors, retail stores, management and customer service Accurately document delivery exception on customers records Work closely with drivers, providing directions and scheduling assistance as needed Confirm delivery status, use of software to audit stops Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements :
