MUST HAVE HVAC DISPATCHER EXPERIENCE

Duties Coordinate daily dispatching of HVAC technicians, ensuring efficient routing and timely response to service calls Utilize transportation management systems (TMS), GPS, GIS (Geographic Information Systems), and other software like Oracle Transportation Management and SyteLine to plan routes, track assets, and monitor fleet activity Communicate effectively with field technicians, customers, vendors, and internal teams via multi-line phone systems while maintaining professional phone etiquette Enter accurate data into systems such as AS400, Shipping & Receiving platforms, and freight management tools for scheduling, work orders, and inventory updates Manage logistics related to freight movement, shipping & receiving schedules, and 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) coordination Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements in transportation planning and supply chain efficiency Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities, service logs, incident reports, and asset movements with precision and timeliness Qualifications Proven experience in dispatching within HVAC or related transportation fields; familiarity with logistics or supply chain management is a plus Strong technical skills with knowledge of

GIS, GPS

tracking systems, Oracle Transportation Management, SyteLine, AS400, and other transportation management software Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally and courteously Demonstrated analysis skills for evaluating route efficiency, freight movements, and fleet utilization Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy; comfortable working with shipping & receiving documentation and inventory systems Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of freight logistics, fleet management practices, and transportation planning principles is highly desirable Join us in this energetic role where your organizational prowess will drive operational excellence!
