Coordinate pickups and deliveries for loads moving nationwide. Track freight in real time and solve problems before they become delays. Keep drivers, customers, and brokers informed with clear, timely communication. Manage BOLs, PODs, and rate confirmations in our TMS. Find and secure freight on DAT, Truckstop, and direct customer boards. Negotiate rates that keep loads moving and margins healthy. Plan legal, HOS-compliant routes. The playbook our senior dispatchers use every day. Bilingual? Earn More. Candidates fluent in Russian, Ukrainian, or Spanish receive a higher starting rate. You'll Thrive Here If You Are:

A fast learner who puts feedback to work immediately. Organized and dependable , even when the board is lighting up. Calm under pressure , steady when a load goes sideways. A team player , with no ego and no drama. Ambitious , hungry to grow your role and your income.

What We Offer:

Hands-on training from senior dispatchers who've been doing this for years. Higher starting pay for Russian, Ukrainian, or Spanish speakers. A clear growth path into more responsibility and greater earning potential. A stable company with nearly 20 years in high-value freight. A team that works together on a fast-paced, supportive dispatch floor. [Health, dental, vision]. [Paid time off]. Ready to move freight at a higher level?
