We are currently looking for a Dispatcher to join our team serving the Southwest Georgia, Tallahassee, and surrounding areas. We are looking for an organized, efficient Dispatcher with an eye for detail and a high level of accuracy. The successful Dispatcher is professional and courteous, a skilled multi-tasker with excellent time management, computer, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Dispatch technicians to service and maintenance calls Utilize a courteous and pleasant demeanor to ensure the customer is satisfied and that all needed information is received during the call Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move and generating revenue Help the field team by taking detailed notes for service calls and entering them into our system Get to know your technician's, likes and dislikes, closing ratios, licenses, communication skills and more to help them be successful Answer customer questions Impact the company's bottom line by problem-solving and turning frustrated clients into a repeat customer We are an equal opportunity employer TuKFfsjEqI
