Monday - Friday, full-time; exact shift hours TBD based on operational needs Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Dispatcher to join our 'ohana at Hawaii's largest and most established locally owned waste hauling company. Handle service orders and direct drivers throughout the day Track routes and monitor driver progress Communicate via two-way radio with drivers in the field Maintain accurate daily logs and paperwork Debrief drivers at the end of routes Coordinate with management on day-to-day operational needs Assist drivers with on-route issues quickly and effectively

Position Requirements:

Hard skills: Ability to operate two-way radio communication; basic computer proficiency and data entry skills; ability to maintain accurate daily logs and paperwork; valid driver's license preferred Soft skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; calm and clear communicator under pressure; highly organized and detail-oriented; strong problem-solving ability; reliable and punctual; team player who works closely with management
