What You'll Do Dispatch and coordinate loads efficiently Communicate with drivers, customers, and brokers Monitor load progress and provide updates Solve problems quickly and effectively Schedule appointments and manage route changes Maintain accurate records and documentation Work as part of a supportive, team-oriented office What We're Looking For Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Strong attention to detail Basic computer skills Transportation or dispatch experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person Positive attitude and strong work ethic Why Join Idaho Specialized Transportation?
