About the Role We're seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Electrician Dispatcher to coordinate daily service schedules, assign jobs efficiently, and keep the lines of communication clear between customers, electricians, and our operations team. This role thrives in a fast-paced environment and requires dispatch experience, a strong sense of urgency, and a commitment to top-notch customer service. What You'll Be Doing Receiving, prioritizing, and scheduling customer service requests Assigning electricians to jobs based on geography, skill set, and job urgency Monitoring and adjusting schedules as needed to handle emergencies or shifting priorities Acting as the main point of contact for field electricians—sharing job updates, instructions, and changes Communicating with customers about service timelines, scheduling, and follow-ups Entering and updating job details in dispatch software Tracking job progress and ensuring timely job completion Keeping accurate records of service calls, job statuses, and customer interactions Solving scheduling conflicts and handling last-minute changes with professionalism Working with the operations team to improve efficiency and maximize workforce utilization What You'll Bring Minimum 2 years of dispatch coordination experience in a service-based company (required) High school diploma or equivalent (additional training or certifications a plus) Familiarity with electrical services and terminology preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Comfort using scheduling/dispatch tools like ServiceTitan, Jobber, or similar platforms Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to a constantly changing workflow A team-player attitude with a solution-focused mindset What You'll Get Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and paid holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Opportunities for professional growth and continued training A team that values clear communication, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Schedule Monday-Friday 7AM - 3:30PM 8-hour shifts (occasional weekend or evening availability for emergency scheduling may be required) Ready to Join Our Team?
