Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Service Manager / Dispatcher to coordinate and manage service technicians and service operations efficiently. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule service appointments, dispatching service technicians. Communicate effectively with technicians via phone calls, ensuring clear instructions, updates, and support throughout their routes. Manage incoming service requests from customers through phone calls, emails, or internal communication channels, prioritizing urgent needs and scheduling accordingly. Order parts for jobs and for stock as needed Handle warranty claims and registrations as needed Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication purposes. Excellent communication skills—both phone etiquette and internal communication—along with strong organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively. Ability to manage phone calls professionally while providing exceptional customer service during high-pressure situations.
