Job Description
Fast paced, entry level position that will allow for the candidate to progressively learn the dispatch and scheduling roles. Experience in the trucking industry is a plus! Schedule, plan and resolve next day service to ensure 100% percent on-time compliance with scheduled pick up and appointment times. Answer calls from customers and consignees , complete their requests (providing tracking and ETAs, scheduling, address changes or cancellations, initiating dock searches, following up on escalated issues.) Tracking and supporting a productive and on time service for both the driver and receiver. Other duties as assigned.
