What You'll Do:
Own the
Flow:
Coordinate carrier loads, assign shipments, and ensure seamless transit from origin to destination. Be the
Problem Solver:
Troubleshoot unexpected challenges and communicate solutions effectively to the team. Keep Everyone in the
Know:
Act as the go-to contact for carriers, drivers, and customers, providing updates and ensuring clarity every step of the way. Master the
Details:
Manage transportation documents, maintain logs, and ensure compliance with all routing and load instructions.
Stay Ahead:
Use your judgment to handle last-minute requests with efficiency and professionalism.
What You Bring:
A Keen Eye:
Attention to detail and accuracy in every task.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and transportation management systems.
A Strong Foundation:
High school diploma (some college preferred) and above-average math comprehension.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience with brokerage, freight forwarding, or a 3PL environment is a plus but not required.
People Skills:
Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with drivers, customers, and internal teams.

AM SHIFT AND PM SHIFT AVAILABLE
(Weekends may be required)
Physical Demands:
Primarily desk work, with occasional light lifting (up to 10lbs).
