Truck Dispatcher for

DRY VAN, REEFER, HAZMAT

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Truck Dispatcher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while ensuring our drivers and customers receive exceptional support. Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch drivers, trucks, and freight efficiently. Plan and monitor routes to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries. Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers regarding load status and scheduling. Maintain accurate dispatch records and transportation documentation. Quickly resolve transportation issues, delays, and scheduling conflicts. Work closely with drivers to maximize productivity and provide outstanding support. Qualifications Previous experience in truck dispatching, logistics, or transportation is required. Experience dispatching dry van, reefer, and HAZMAT is a must Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform well under pressure. Proficiency with dispatch software and load boards is a plus.
