Job Description

Logistics Repair Service Coordinator Pridestaff is hiring logistics repair coordinators for a client in Florence, KY. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $ 20-$23/hr, depending on experience. Our client is a leading provider of emergency roadside assistance for the intermodal and over-the-road transportation industries, offering expedited service and preventative maintenance protection to company fleets and owner-operators alike. We specialize in timely emergency service, getting equipment back on the road fast.
Available Shift:
(2nd shift) 2pm-10:30am Sun-Thu or Tues-Fri Must be able to train on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks
Position Summary:
The Account Repair Service Team is looking to add new members with a strong Customer Service mentality! Repair Service Coordinators are needed to help customers navigate through emergency breakdowns and preventative maintenance events. These coordinators remain highly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable whilst working with customers and vendors alike.
Core Responsibilities Dispatch Repairs:
Send preferred service providers to the exact location of broken-down trucks.
Provide Quotes & ETAs:
Calculate and share estimated costs and arrival times for repair crews.
Manage Communication:
Act as the main contact via phone, email, and the digital FYX platform.
Track Progress:
Monitor active roadside events from start to finish to reduce vehicle downtime.
Key Skills & Requirements Customer Service:
Help frustrated or stressed drivers get back on the road safely.
Multitasking:
Thrive in a fast-paced environment handling multiple repair requests at once.
Technology Use:
Navigate web portals and mobile dispatch software Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $23.00
