Day Work Week No On Call No Sundays Rotating Saturday What We Do:

We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance in home's heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems.

What You'll Do:

Evaluate customer calls and dispatch the right technician to every job. Learn the business and learn how to prioritize and dispatch customer calls. Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a logistics professional. Ensure quality customer experience. Develop report with customers and technicians. Update customers throughout the day on technicians' progress.

Skills and Experience:

At least 1 year of dispatching experience preferred. Or at least 1 year Call Center Experience Who We are: We are the largest, locally owned, company of whole home experts.
