Star Cabs is hiring a dependable, organized dispatcher for our Metairie office.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls professionally Enter trip information accurately Dispatch calls to available drivers Monitor drivers and communicate schedule changes Handle customer and driver concerns calmly Keep up in a busy, fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Strong phone and customer-service skills Comfortable using computers Able to multitask and make quick decisions Reliable, punctual, and professional Must remain calm under pressure Dispatching, transportation, or call-center experience is helpful but not required
