Job Summary We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Cannabis Delivery Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the logistics of our cannabis delivery operations, ensure timely and efficient deliveries while maintaining compliance with local regulations. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of the cannabis industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with delivery drivers to provide directions, support, and updates on delivery schedules. Monitor delivery progress and address any issues or delays that arise during the delivery process. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions. Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations regarding the transportation of cannabis products. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to deliveries.Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus. Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field, preferably within the cannabis industry. Preferred experience in the cannabis industry. Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations regarding cannabis. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with GPS and routing software. Bilingual skills are a plus. Proficient in using logistics software and delivery tracking systems.Education and Professional Requirements:
Highschool or Equivalent Must be 21 or older Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check annually. Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Pay:
