All Seasons Express is hiring for a full-time Dispatch Assistant/ Receptionist. The position is paid hourly and is eligible for overtime. The ideal shift for this position is 9 am - 6 pm, with some variation in hours worked during our peak shipping season to meet business needs. This position will be the first point of contact for our drivers and customers and will help carry out our excellent service standards, respond efficiently to client inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone where problem-solving comes naturally who also can keep a calm demeaner in high pressure situations. The successful candidate will act as a liaison, relaying dispatch information over the phone and in-person. We are looking for reliable and quick learners who are enthusiastic, flexible, computer savvy, and team-oriented that will thrive in a busy environment.
