This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coach dispatchers to ensure strong performance and service quality Monitor dispatch activity and customer calls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Provide real-time coaching to resolve customer service issues and improve team effectiveness Address routine staffing needs, including breaks, tardiness, and absences Step in to assist with dispatch duties including calls, scheduling updates, and route adjustments Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution Collaborate regularly with management on team performance and operations Assist with building and coordinating dispatch schedules for upcoming shifts

Schedule Details:

Primary shift: 5 p.m. - 1:45 a.m. Mon-Fri Must be flexible to support other shifts as needed
