Delivery Dispatcher

About Us Foxstar Delivery is a fast-growing Amazon Delivery Service Partner focused on safety, efficiency, and team performance. We are looking for a highly organized and decisive Dispatcher who can manage daily operations and support drivers in real-time. Position Overview The Dispatcher plays a critical role in daily delivery operations by coordinating routes, supporting drivers on the road, and ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time. This role requires strong communication, quick decision-making, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily driver dispatch, route assignments, and vehicle allocation Monitor driver progress and route performance throughout the day Provide real-time support to drivers, including troubleshooting and rerouting Communicate with Amazon and internal management regarding delivery Ensure all deliveries meet safety and service standards Handle on-road incidents, accidents, and escalations professionally Serve as the main point of contact between drivers, Amazon staff, and management Manage high call volume and respond promptly to driver needs Assist with basic vehicle issue identification and reporting Lead driver stand-up meetings and provide clear daily instructions

Qualifications:

Strong multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to lead, direct, and motivate a team of drivers Comfortable speaking in front of groups and giving clear instructions Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Basic knowledge of vehicle troubleshooting is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with dispatching, logistics, or transportation preferred What We're Looking For A problem-solver who can make quick decisions A leader who can manage and control a team effectively Someone dependable, organized, and detail-oriented A team player who takes ownership of daily operations

Pay:

$43,680.00 - $45,240.00 per year
