Schedule:
Monday- Friday, 9:00 AM
- 5:00 PM (some weekends may be required)

Mint Hill, NC What You'll Do:
Dispatch service technicians efficiently and maintain their daily schedules Schedule return visits with customers once parts arrive Manage the on-call rotation for technicians Keep the customer database accurate and up to date Communicate clearly with customers about scheduling, lead times, and service updates Work closely with department managers, technicians, and accounting Prepare service invoices and timecards for processing Provide maintenance contract billing information to accountingWhat We Offer:

Previous dispatching or administrative/customer service experience Service Titan software experience is required HVAC industry or dispatching experience is highly preferred (but not required- we can train the right person) Extremely organized with strong multi-tasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good geographical knowledge of the Charlotte service area or strong map-reading skills At Charlotte HeatingAir, you'll be part of a close-knit team where your contributions are noticed and your well-being matters.
