What You'll Do:
Dispatch, Scheduling, & Coordination:
Manage daily schedules and routes for delivery and repair technicians. Coordinate equipment deliveries, installations, and service calls. Communicate directly with field technicians to ensure efficient and timely service completion. Adjust schedules as needed based on priorities, emergencies, and operational needs. Prepare delivery paperwork and maintain accurate scheduling records.
Customer & Operational Support:
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email. Enter and manage orders, service requests, and customer records. Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and documentation. Coordinate equipment repairs, returns, and parts ordering. Support quoting and order coordination with VA representatives and purchase agents.
Office & Administrative Coordination:
Maintain organized documentation and filing systems. Support overall office workflow and operational efficiency. Help ensure accountability and communication between office staff and technicians. Candidate should meet the following qualifications: Experience in scheduling, dispatch, logistics coordination, or administrative operations Can manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail Is confident communicating with customers and technicians Is dependable, organized, and proactive Can work independently and solve problems without constant supervision Is comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced office environment Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Customer service, scheduling, dispatch, logistics, or administrative experience Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Professional communication skills (phone, email, in person) Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Dispatch, logistics, or route coordination experience Experience supporting field service or delivery teams Experience with invoicing, QuickBooks, or similar systems Healthcare, medical equipment, or service-based industry experience Why Join Our Team?
