Job description: About the Role We are seeking a reliable and organized Scheduling/ Dispatch Coordinator to support daily operations by answering phones, scheduling services, and assisting with administrative tasks. This position is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in keeping our office and field crews running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, detail-oriented, positive, and comfortable handling a high volume of calls while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Schedule service appointments and coordinate job calendars Gather customer information and accurately enter it into scheduling systems Communicate job details to field crews and management Return voicemails and follow up with customers as needed Assist with basic office and administrative tasks Maintain organized records, job files, and schedules Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Qualifications Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Strong phone etiquette and communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Comfortable using computers, phones, and office software Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Construction or service industry experience is a plus but not required
