Job Summary The Station Operations Dispatcher is responsible for supporting daily station and logistics operations, monitoring delivery activities, and coordinating with drivers, fleet, and on-site operations teams. This role handles package exceptions, maintains POD and operational records, tracks route and driver performance, and monitors key operating metrics. The position also supports data tracking, reporting, and process improvement to help ensure efficient pickups, deliveries, and overall station operations. Key Responsibilities Handle and follow up on package exceptions, including incorrect addresses and other delivery issues Investigate address-related issues and communicate with customers when necessary Record and track damaged packages Conduct random checks of POD (Proof of Delivery) records Monitor data gaps or missing updates and communicate them to the driver/fleet team Track daily pickup routes and monitor driver completion status Coordinate between the fleet, drivers, and on-site operations team to ensure pickups are completed smoothly Handle daily operational issues and help improve delivery/pickup efficiency and service quality Track and organize operational data, including: Route completion rates Operational exceptions Driver performance Operating costs Other daily operational metrics Use Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking, reporting, and process improvement Assist with optimizing operational workflows and improving overall station efficiency Qualifications Fluent or conversational English and Chinese for daily workplace communication Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with operational data and spreadsheets Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets is preferred Experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, dispatching, or driver coordination is a plus Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment

Pay:

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
