Responsibilities Dispatch security personnel promptly to incidents or alarms, coordinating responses efficiently through internal communication channels. Communicate clearly via phone and radio with team members, emergency responders, and other stakeholders to relay critical information accurately. Maintain detailed reports on incidents, surveillance activities, loss prevention efforts, and shift logs using strong writing skills. Conduct routine surveillance monitoring to identify potential security threats or violations of policies. Assist with conflict management by de-escalating situations through effective communication and conflict resolution techniques. Qualifications Prior experience in law enforcement, dispatching, or security system monitoring is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly. Basic math skills for report writing, incident documentation, and data entry tasks such as typing logs efficiently. Customer service orientation with a focus on internal communication and conflict management.
