In this vital role, you will coordinate the efficient movement of service techs. Your proactive communication skills and attention to detail will drive smooth operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage daily dispatching activities for service technicians. Comminicate with the service technicians thoughout the day. Answer and schedule customer requests, ensure customer satisfaction. Order parts for customer jobs, schedule follow ups. Communicate with customers regarding parts availability. Follow policies put in place for customer follow ups. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask using multi-line phone systems effectively. Strong communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette to interact confidently with drivers, clients, and internal teams.

Pay:

$28.00 - $31.00 per hour
