Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining technician and customer schedules for all service related appointments. This role requires a strong technical understanding of HVAC principles and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The HVAC Dispatcher will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and effectively while completing the following tasks. Duties Work with Service Manager to Schedule Technicians based on project location, skill level, urgency of appointment, etc. Monitor Technicians progress throughout the day and keep in contact with customers to advise them on when technicians will be to them Send and review DocuSign documents for accuracy to allow for collection of customer information Receive and Make Calls to Successfully Communicate information to all parties Review work orders to make sure jobs are closed out, parts are ordered, projects are billed, etc. Provide some technical knowledge to assist technicians with problematic calls Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or have strong technical knowledge Familiarity with scheduling and strong customer service skills Proficient in using software such as Service Titan, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Shared Networks, etc. Excellent problem-solving skills with strong organization and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
