PM Pay:

$18.00-$23.00 per hour , depending on experience. Air Docs Inc. is seeking a motivated and organized HVAC Dispatcher to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced office position that requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities Dispatch and communicate with HVAC technicians throughout the day. Speak with each technician after every service call to obtain all necessary job information. Request equipment and parts pricing from vendors. Prepare estimates for recommended repairs and system replacements. Create invoices and purchase orders using ServiceTitan. Schedule appointments and assist customers over the phone. Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth daily operations. Perform general administrative and office tasks as needed. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills (ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required). Previous HVAC or dispatching experience is preferred, but not required. Training Available We believe the right attitude and work ethic are just as important as experience. Compensation:
