Qualifications:

Computer Knowledge Required Dispatch Experience Preferred Knowledge of Five (5) Boroughs (Will be assessed) Ability to Work in a Fast Paced Environment Ability to Work Various Shifts Must Have Excellent Customer Service Experience. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch transportation services efficiently.
• Utilize logistics and transportation management systems to track drivers.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and clients to ensure timely pickups.
• Input data accurately into transportation management software.
• Monitor and manage fleet operations to optimize efficiency.
• Utilize GPS tools for route optimization.
