Long Energy is looking for a reliable, organized Service Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the hub of a high-performing team. If you're someone who can juggle priorities, communicate clearly, and keep things running smoothly—even when plans change—this role could be a great fit.
What You'll Do:
  • Schedule service appointments and create accurate work orders
  • Plan and manage daily routes for service technicians - This is not a set-it-and-forget-it role—success requires the ability to adapt schedules in real time, balance competing priorities, and route optimization using mapping tools.
  • Communicate with technicians throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed
  • Dispatch service calls efficiently and in real time
  • Support customers by phone and email with prompt, professional service
  • Build strong relationships with both customers and technicians
  • Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Assist with general office tasks as needed
