This translates into a communicating clearly with all members of the operational team as well as those in other departments. Emergency situations sometimes occur (including breakdowns, weather, collisions, etc.) and the right candidate should be able to address these situations using the resources and support provided, effectively and with discretion. The ideal individual should be flexible with a schedule that accommodates operational needs, but base schedule will be 2am-10:30am. Payrate will be commensurate with experience. Essential Job Duties Maintain accurate system assignment coverage for all service types Ensure accurate payroll and operational documentation consistent with previous day's actuals Clear communication with the shop on all vehicle needs (including cleaning and other special requirements for service) Regular, accurate oversight and communication with the driving staff including attendance, proper dress code and work readiness, assignments, problem solving, and logistical questions Being the example to all team members of proper and acceptable attire, attitude, and workplace behavior Support the planning team with work assignments as needed Other tasks as assigned by management Excellent computer skills are required for this position as technology is a large part of the job - learning third party software along with the Microsoft suite CDL with Passenger endorsement is a plus!
