We serve commercial clients across the region — from property managers and general contractors to facilities teams and multi-site accounts — and we're looking for a driven CSR/Dispatcher to be the operational backbone that keeps our 10-15 field technicians moving. What You'll Do Handle inbound and outbound communication with commercial clients, property managers, and GCs Dispatch and coordinate 10-15 commercial plumbing technicians across service and project calls Manage daily scheduling in ServiceTitan — optimizing routes, prioritizing urgent commercial jobs, and keeping techs productive Relay job details, site requirements, and ETAs accurately between clients and field staff Track open work orders, follow up on completions, and flag issues to operations leadership Support the team with reporting, call documentation, and scheduling coordination What We're Looking For 2+ years of dispatching or CSR experience in a commercial trades or field service environment Comfortable working with commercial clients — professional, accountable, and detail-oriented Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software is a strong plus Able to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball — this role moves fast Team-first mindset with clear, confident communication on the phone and in writing What We Offer Medical, Dental & Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Competitive pay with performance reviews PTO & paid holidays A growing team with real opportunity to advance Supportive, team-first work environment Ready to join a team that's going places?
