Job Summary:
As a Dispatcher, you will schedule, plan, and dispatcher drivers for the transfer of clients to their appropriate destination. You will report to the Program Manager. PG05-Start Rate:

Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm | Weekly Earned Wage Access is an Option for this Position |Primary Tasks:
Analyze and develop bus routes, schedules, headways, and client transportation plans to develop driver assignments; evaluate and modify as needed. Monitor and report phone calls and scheduled trips monthly, including reporting all ridership data to Tribal Transit's ModivCare Coordinator, for billing and record-keeping. Serve as the agency contact for transportation planning and coordination of non-emergency medical appointments. Attend training sessions on updates and changes to scheduling, dispatching software, and related tools. Develop transit service alternatives, improvements, and service delivery methods based on trip factors and passenger requirements. Ensure the safety of passengers and drivers by applying skills in map navigation, emergency management, and problem-solving. Train and support team members, respond promptly to stakeholders, and maintain professional relationships with clients and team members. Transport clients as required. Perform other duties as may be assigned.Required Education, Skills and Experience:

Assign vehicles according to factors, such as length and purpose of trip, passenger requirements, preference of user and other factors. 2. Coordinate deliveries, service calls and related activities and Records time of departure, destination and expected time of return. 3. Issue keys, record sheets and credentials to drivers and investigate overdue vehicles. 4. Confer with clients to expedite or locate missing, misrouted or delayed driver. 5. Perform filing, scheduling appointments. 6. Respond in timely manner to clients, other drivers and superiors as well as establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, drivers, staff and superiors. 7. Assist in development and training of staff as required. 8. Prepare narrative reports and maintain client information, materials and files in a highly confidential manner per policy and procedure 9.
