Responsibilities ✅ Develop and maintain accurate transportation schedules using systems Coordinate with installers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize installation scheduling and product deliveries ✅ Utilize GPS and GIS tools to monitor vehicle locations, plan routes, and improve transportation efficiency. ✅ Manage dispatching activities for freight shipments, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining high levels of phone etiquette and professional communication. ✅ Oversee shipping and receiving processes, including freight documentation, data entry, and inventory updates ✅ Analyze transportation data to identify bottlenecks or delays, proposing solutions to enhance supply chain performance. ✅ Collaborate with installers and internal departments to streamline logistics workflows, including fleet management and operations. Qualifications ✅ Proven experience with systems such as Oracle Transportation Management or similar platforms. We use Housecall Pro. ✅ Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data related to supply chain, shipping, and fleet operations. ✅ Familiarity with

GPS, GIS
