Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer sites based on priority, location, and technician availability Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates on technician arrival times Maintain accurate records of all dispatched jobs, permits, and customer interactions Coordinate with local municipalities and agencies to ensure compliance with regulations Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

Customer service experience Strong organizational and communication skills Prior experience in dispatching or coordinating in a similar industry is highly preferred (HVAC/Plumbing) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
