Job Description As a Security Officer Dispatch Communications with Active Clearance in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch professional at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will coordinate communications, monitor alarm activity, document incidents, and support timely responses to security-related needs. $28.58 / Hour As part of our hiring process, we would like to remind you that an active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret Clearance is a requirement for this position. Verification of this clearance will be conducted as part of the pre-employment screening process. If you do not have an active clearance, we encourage you to explore opportunities that may align with your qualifications and experience. Access Control/Badge Experience (B201):

Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors. Alarm Panel Experience (B202):

Candidates must demonstrate experience in operating and managing alarm panel systems. This includes knowledge of alarm protocols, troubleshooting, and responding to alarm events. Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):

Candidates should be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes familiarity with software applications, email communication, and data entry. CPR Certification (B205):

Candidates must possess a valid CPR certification. This certification should be current and recognized by a reputable organization. Customer Service Experience (B219):

Candidates should have a background in customer service, demonstrating strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent service to clients and customers.

AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.

Monitor and coordinate dispatch communications, receive requests for assistance, document relevant details, and route calls, alarms, and incidents to appropriate personnel.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communications with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.

Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor or delivery records, and other required documentation in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions, access concerns, and maintenance issues through established channels.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
