This is a fully onsite position. For this position you must reside in York, PA or a surrounding area because you will be required to commute daily to the York, PA office. AAA Mid States is currently seeking a Full-Time Dispatcher to take care of our members during Emergency Road Service Calls!

Requirements:

Great Customer Service Skills. An Innate Ability to Communicate & Empathize Possess Strong Computer and Telephone Skills. Must be able to work a five-day work week; including every other weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) and some Holidays Adaptability in learning new and different applications. Be the calm in the storm when our members need us most. Self-motivated positive work ethic.
