Days are filled with scheduling, phone calls, emails, texts, negotiating, problem solving, and critical thinking. We service a high volume of interpreting jobs each day, so you will be busy and the day will fly by. A successful Scheduling Coordinator and Dispatcher is cool under pressure and welcomes a challenging day. If you prefer to work in a quiet and/or slower pace, this position is not the right fit. Our coordinators are a fun group because they love what they do, why they do it, and who they do it with!
